Dan May

Dan May is a seasoned residential real estate broker with Keller Williams Santa Monica, specializing in Beverlywood and the greater Westside of Los Angeles. A lifelong Los Angeles native, Dan was born and raised in the Beverlywood-Cheviot Hills area and currently resides in Santa Monica. With over 30 years of real estate experience, Dan combines deep local knowledge with proven expertise to help clients successfully navigate the dynamic Westside market.

Licensed since 1989 and a broker since 2003, Dan’s comprehensive marketing strategies, savvy negotiation skills, and personal investment background provide unmatched value to both buyers and sellers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UCSB and has been a proud member of Keller Williams since 2008. Outside of real estate, Dan enjoys biking, racquet sports, and attending live music events throughout Los Angeles.


I joined the Santa Monica of Keller Williams in October of 2008 because of its dynamic environment and culture of excellence. I graduated UCSB in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. I earned my Real Estate Agents License in 1989 and subsequently obtained my Real Estate Brokers License in 2003. I am also an active real estate investor.

For sellers, my comprehensive marketing plan gives homeowners every opportunity to obtain the maximum value for their properties. In addition to traditional real estate marketing methods (MLS, open houses, direct mail), I have a strong Internet marketing program which reaches many more potential buyers.
