Alice Duffy

Born and raised in Austin, Alice Duffy has a wealth of connections in Central Texas, and the personal experience of living in a variety of different neighborhoods that she’s able to share with her clients. She began her real estate career in 2005 as an investor, buying, selling, and renting property. The experience taught her everything from renovations and staging to marketing to get the best price, and now she helps empower others to create their own real estate portfolios. In her first two years Alice was the Rookie of the year for her offing and well as the Austin Board of Realtors. Duffy’s completed more than 90 hours of comprehensive training to become a GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designee and holds a RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certification, Alice is also a part of the Institute of Luxury marketing and Keller Williams Luxury.
