Sandie Terenzi

Sandie Terenzi is a 33 year veteran in the real estate industry and has helped transform thousands of lives through homeownership throughout her career. Sandie has extensive knowledge in buying & selling residential homes, land, investment properties, condominiums, short sales, foreclosures, first time home buyer programs, luxury homes and new construction, and she has been endorsed by Barbara Corcoran. After spending 18 years with Remax, Sandie came to Keller Williams with her team of 8 in 2009, and in 2012, Sandie partnered with Adam Hergenrother as the CEO of his expansion team in Connecticut.

Since Sandie and Adam joined forces, The Terenzi Team at Hergenrother Realty Group has become one of the top teams not only in its market center, but is consistently ranked as one of the top teams in all of KW New England and within the Hergenrother Realty Group nationwide.



In her free time, Sandie enjoys spending time her daughter, Shelby, traveling to new places, and spending time on the beach and at the golf course whenever she can.
