Ginna Smith

Licensed since 2013, Ginna is a Realtor serving buyers, sellers and investors throughout Austin and the Central Texas area. She loves what she does and has the belief that everyone should have the chance to be a property owner if they wish. Her mission is to make that dream come true by providing guidance through the buying process with lending partners and education about purchasing a home in this competitive market. She is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors and Central Texas Board of Realtors, expanding housing options from Temple to New Braunfels, Bastrop to Spicewood, and all of Austin, Hays, and Williamson counties.

When not selling real estate, Ginna can be found exploring the trails in Central Texas with her husband and rescue dog, Sadie, or watching live music with friends. She has enjoyed volunteering at Community First! Village, American Cancer Society, Texas Book Festival, Central Texas Food Bank, and teaching new real estate agents as a KW Master Faculty Instructor. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Westlake Chamber of Commerce and is past president of the Metropolitan Breakfast Club. Industry accolades include Top 500 Real Estate Producers in the Austin metro area, Top Individual Agent Sales, and Top 10 % of the Keller Williams Flagship office.
