Val was born in Le Mans, France and at the age of nine moved with his family to Atlanta, GA. He attended the Atlanta International School where he received an International Baccalaureate bi-lingual diploma (Val is fluent in English, Spanish, and French), followed by a Mechanical Engineering BS degree at Georgia Tech. Throughout his educational years, Val was surrounded by people encompassing a wide variety cultures, languages, and backgrounds, encouraging him to develop a cosmopolitan view of the world which he has carried with him ever since.

Following school, Val's natural talents of interpersonal connection, strong work ethic, and commitment to high-level performance led him to the hospitality industry. He served in various management positions (in some cases overseeing as many as two hundred employees) before striking out on his own to purchase and operate two successful Firehouse Subs franchise locations in metro Atlanta.

Years later, Val further embraced his entrepreneurial spirit when he decided to combine it with his highly-developed business skills in negotiation and customer service to create his own company. Having himself been a fervent real estate investor for years, he acquired his realtor's license and has been expertly guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and investing in real estate ever since.
From the very beginning, one of the hallmarks of Val's business has been to go above and beyond for everyone he works with, from novice first-time buyers to highly seasoned commercial clientele. It is a personal point of pride for him to achieve the absolute best deal possible for each of his clients, whether they want a great selling price, the perfect new home / business location, or a solid investment that will build their wealth for years to come.

Val lives in Atlanta with his three amazing children, who he loves spending time with and taking on fun and exciting adventures!
