Kim's pursuit of real estate started at an early age from taking her Dad's Sunset Magazines and earmarking them for projects to touring homes when her family moved when she was in 4th grade. She remembers touring homes from Malibu to Sunset Beach and fell in love with various homes. It is still a vivid recollection of the things Dad liked and what Mom didn't like. Her family chose Orange County and it was that very experience that she loves when showing homes to new buyers! She says finding “the one" is always magical and everyone knows it in an instant!
