Judy specializes in properties on Lake Lanier. Judy built her dream home 10 years ago on the beautiful lake lanier and fell in love with this way of living. Judy has earned the designation of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) from the National Association of Realtors. Only 3% of Realtors in the country earn this designation because it is based on education (higher level classes) and production. Education is important because it benefits the buyers and sellers we work with. Attendance at the national convention of CRS members keeps her up to date on current real estate concerns and solutions. Judy has also earned the designation of SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) which is education she is very proud of because it makes her a better prepared agent to serve clients over the age of 50. You can find Judy at senior groups around the area sharing her experience and knowledge free of charge on the topic of transitioning from one living arrangement to another and the importance of family involvement as senior loved ones make a move to a smaller house or into one of many retirement or assisted living type communities. Judy is married and has 3 daughters and 2 stepdaughters, 4 son in laws and 6 grandchildren. She enjoys entertaining, boating with her husband, travel when time permits and bible studies.
