Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Francheska moved to San Antonio 9 years ago and made the Alamo City her home away from home. After graduating from the University of Puerto Rico with two degrees in Advertising, Public Relations, and Audiovisual Communications, she dedicated her developing years to working with international and local advertising agencies to develop brands and new businesses while getting her MBA.

Now in San Antonio, her desire to help the Latino community drove her to make a career change and became a REALTOR, serving Spanish speakers whether to buy their first home or invest in real estate. Her commitment to each client is to make sure they are prepared for the process and guide them each step of the way with expert advice to assure a great deal. When Fran, as she prefers everyone calls her, is not working with her clients and her 787 Realty Group team, she enjoys spending time outdoors, enjoying beautiful Texas with her 4-year-old son, husband, friends, and family.
