Wendy Stockburger

Wendy Stockburger was born and raised in Lilburn Ga and moved to Walton County in 2001. She comes from a background of 20+ years in in the real estate industry working for a Property Tax Appeal firm. 30+ years of customer service and brings negotiating skills when working with her real estate clients.

Wendy is active in the community, supporting Boy Scouts, she has a soon to be Eagle Scout. She also volunteers her time with Monroe Community Cat Project, an organization that traps feral cats, gets them spayed/neutered and rabies shot before re-releasing back into the community. Wendy attends New Song church and actively volunteers there as well.

Wendy loves seeing the excitement of first time home buyers and believes in educating the buyers. She will be with you step by step in every transaction. On the opposite side of the spectrum, Wendy also loves working with people downsizing and in addition to educating the buyer who has not been in the market for several years, she will treat you like family.
