Tom Townsend

We are driven by the belief that the best way to live is by giving, serving and honoring our clients and community while allowing those that work for, and with us, to build wealth and live a life by design. We believe success is a necessary tool to fulfill our purpose of serving, giving and honoring others in our community and without this success, we fall short of our purpose. We are empathetic to our client’s unique circumstances and what has brought them to make a change. No matter the reason behind the move, we leverage our training, skills, education, and talents to ensure a smooth transaction.

Tom is a top-producing agent in the Woodstock Market center, a multi-time Keller Williams BOLD graduate, holds a seat on the Associate Leadership Council (ALC), participates in the KW MAPS coaching program, and has been a Certified General Appraiser since 2002.

Tom is in partnership with his wife Beth who is also a REALTOR in the Woodstock office. Together, they have called Cherokee County home since 1999 and raised 3 successful children in our community.

Although we are passionate about Real Estate, we are more passionate about helping our community and the people that reside here.

In addition to operating a real estate company, we are active leaders in our local church, volunteer on a regular basis, are involved with our local fostering program, and raised 3 successful children.
