Jill Rice

Jill has lived in Atlanta since the late 80's. She started out in Virginia Highland and owned the cutest bungalow around. In 1995 she moved to the secret city of Berkeley Lake, located just 7 miles outside I-285 in SE Gwinnett County. She and her business partner, Tracey Settlage formed the Rice Settlage team in 2013 and has since been in the top 5% of all Realtors® in metro Atlanta. We are full time, caring, and serious agents.
