Over the past 25 years, I’ve been in a variety of customer-facing roles. I’ve worked as a management consultant for Arthur Andersen, led a number of professional service teams in technology startups, and been a Customer Success leader in the software industry, managing the ongoing relationships with many of my company’s largest, most important customers – brands like New York Life, NBCUniversal, Dell and Marriott. A common thread in all of these roles, and where I’ve gotten the most satisfaction in my career, is helping my customers achieve great success by meeting and often exceeding their goals.

I’ve taken my customer-first mindset and partnered with Keller Williams Boston-Metro to pursue my passion for real estate. I look forward to developing long-lasting relationships with all of my customers and adding value to their next real estate transaction. While I’ve lived all over the country, I grew up on the North Shore and have lived in Cambridge for the past 11 years. Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, hiking, skiing, and taking advantage of all the city and surrounding areas have to offer. I also volunteer for a non-profit that provides strategic consulting services to other Boston-area non-profits. I have a B.S. in electrical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
