Zane earned his International and luxury home certified specialist designations to continually grow his knowledge and training and buyers to create and maintaining a culture of white glove care and red carpet concierge services for Real Estate sellers and buyers including high net worth clients.

As the leader of a full service residential relocation and REO preservation, marketing and sales specialists team, Zane successfully works with Attorneys, Trustees, Receivers, Asset and Wealth Managers discretely and confidentially. His proven ability in creating and maintaining relationships; community partnering and building translates synergy.

Zane believes strongly in the importance of cultural diversity and its profound contribution to the success and growth of all for-profit and non-profit endeavors. Some of his volunteer, charitable and civic activities have included city council appointments, positions as both President and CEO of nonprofit organizations, elected board of directors positions. He has served as president elect of a board/association of Realtors, has volunteered extensively for work with special needs children and the elderly and holds a Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation.
