Hi, I’m Terry Moerler and I have held a Broker’s license for over forty years specializing in real estate counseling. Having worked as a loan officer and income tax practitioner, I have been blessed to have helped over 2,000 families and individuals to meet and or exceed their real estate goals. I started my career in Real Estate when I was purchasing property for myself and couldn’t find an agent who valued relationships the way I did. It was all about the transaction and that didn’t sit right with me. I decided to get my broker’s license rather than my real estate license as I was having the same problem finding a company that shared my energy, commitment and enthusiasm. When I crossed paths with Keller Williams over a decade ago I knew I found the right home for my team! Their mission, vision and values were a perfect match with the referral-based business I had built.

I love what I do and the clients I spend time with to help make their dreams come true. But most importantly, I love the opportunity to be a part of the amazing community we have. In my free time my husband, and business partner, Raymond and I love traveling. I can’t tell you how proud I am of my daughter, Marlene, who grew up in the Conejo Valley, works at Los Robles Hospital in Thousand Oaks and has raised her two sons, Jack & Charlie here with her husband Clinton. I love being “Nana” to those two amazing boys! It was my honor to serve as President of Westlake Village Sunrise Rotary in 2019, a club I have been a member of since 1988.
