Kelly Marsh

As a resident of Atlanta for four decades, Kelly and her team are experts in the Atlanta in-town real estate market.

In addition to her bachelor's degree, Kelly obtained a Master's degree in Psychology in 1994.

Kelly's past work history includes a ten year career at Blockbuster Entertainment in the 1990's. She worked as a District Manager for 12 locations, where she was responsible for operations, staff hiring and training, store merchandising, financial management, plus customer relations and retention. She was promoted to Regional Marketing Manager over 300+ stores in the SE U.S. During this time she managed four budgets, including product acquisition and management, new store openings and marketing, publicity, and training.

Kelly started her real estate career in 2000 where she worked as an on-site agent for national home builder Centex Homes. Kelly moved to Keller Williams Realty in 2002 and has consistently been a top performer with 80% of her sales located inside the Atlanta perimeter.
