Jeni Putalavage-Ross first found her way to Texas as a child when her family relocated with the Air Force—and it quickly captured her heart. After returning to attend the University of Texas and then living in cities across the U.S. and abroad, Jeni knew Austin was the place she truly wanted to call home. Today, she’s proud to raise her family in a city that perfectly balances creativity, community, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Before stepping into real estate, Jeni built a distinguished career leading customer success, operations, and marketing teams at startups and global enterprises. She’s worked with everyone from small business owners to Fortune 500 companies, helping businesses grow, solve complex challenges, and deliver exceptional service. Most recently, she provided fractional CMO and CCO services to early-stage companies, blending strategy and hands-on leadership to drive success. Her background gives her a unique edge in real estate: she knows how to listen, navigate high-stakes negotiations, and deliver a seamless, thoughtful client experience.

Outside of real estate, Jeni is a proud mom to three daughters—including a set of identical twins who keep life full of energy and laughter. She’s an avid runner, a dedicated volunteer, and currently serves on the PTA boards at Ridgetop Elementary and Bertha Sadler Means YWLA.
