Yunice J. Emir is a disruptive thinking, resourceful, and results-driven visionary with more than 15 years of well-rounded experience in communications, marketing, public relations, corporate philanthropy, project management, and stakeholder engagement. She first entered the real estate world as an office manager to help a team of high-performing salespersons and learn more about the industry. Shortly after, she began pursuing her GA real estate salesperson license so she could work directly with people to help them accomplish their homeownership and real estate investment goals. She was successful in her pursuit and became a licensed real estate salesperson in GA and later in New York.

Yunice was born in Chicago and raised in Atlanta. She grew up in Southwest Atlanta and Cobb County and later moved to Montgomery, AL. After living in Montgomery for a few years, Yunice moved back to West Midtown Atlanta and later settled in the Downtown/Peoplestown/Grant Park area where she purchased her first home. Her return to Atlanta led to an almost 10-year corporate career at The Coca-Cola Company where she cultivated invaluable skills and an expansive network that uniquely positions her to serve a wide range of clients.

In 2021, Yunice moved to New York City and now spends her time between the bustling streets of Manhattan and Atlanta—the city that influences everything. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated and optimistically passionate about encouraging and helping people to live in love and love where they live.
