Yusuf Agoro was born in London, England where he was raised by Nigerian parents. At the age of five his family moved to Houston, TX. In 2011, Yusuf planted roots in San Marcos, TX where he attended Texas State University and graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Shortly after graduation, Yusuf journeyed to Dallas, TX to begin a career as a Marketing & Applications Engineer for Texas Instruments. During his time there he fell in love with the technical aspects of problem solving within the context of customer engagement, team collaboration, as well as client care and relationship building. After almost four years of working as an engineer, Yusuf and his wife Ashley felt a divine call to invest in the next generation of college students at University of Texas. In the fall of 2020, he accepted an offer to become the College Pastor for The Well, a local church in Austin. In his time as the College Pastor, the Lord has allowed Yusuf to pour into hundreds of college students using a holistic approach with their development by showing them how their faith intersects with work leaving a lasting impact on everyone they engage with. In 2023, God put on Yusuf & Ashley’s heart a long term vision to invest deeply in the city of Austin with a commitment to serving its people. Yusuf's decision to be obedient to God’s call in his life and become a realtor stems from his passion to love God, love people, and serve others. When Yusuf isn't helping others buy and sell homes, you can catch him mentoring young adults, or spending time at a local park with his wife and beautiful two-year old daughter, Rose.
