Bill is the franchise co-founder and equity partner of the Keller Williams Realty Atlanta Perimeter, a firm with 250+ licensed agents that work out of the Perimeter office/franchise and is located in the Perimeter Area of North Atlanta. The franchise application was approved by Keller Williams Realty International on September 11, 2001 with 12 agents and has steadily grown to one of the top real estate brokerage offices in metro Atlanta.

Prior to real estate, Bill worked in sales and marketing in the telecommunications and office interiors industries. License to practice real estate in the state of Georgia since 1990. Prior to Keller Williams Realty, Bill was affiliated with RE/MAX Greater Atlanta and Northside Realty. Bill works directly with his spouse and business partner Cathy Haas and son, Ben Haas.
