Patrick Birdsong

Patrick is a second generation real estate Broker and a 18+ year veteran who learned about real estate at a very early age. Patrick is an active real estate investor, working with his clients to buy, sell and build wealth through real estate investing.

Patrick and his team utilizes innovative and pro-active marketing to maximize returns for his seller clients. He employs old-school techniques, combined with smart-tech to find homes for his buyers that may not even be available to the public. He is a strong negotiator and always working to net the most money for sellers and get the best deal for buyers.

Patrick has been married to 8 years and they have 3 amazing daughters-- Jean (5) and twin sisters, Goldie and Birdie (1).

In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, working on initiatives and non-profits that directly benefit his community and traveling to enlighten and inform his girls on how fortunate we all are.
