Hello. My name is Patricia Bower and I LOVE real estate! A true real estate professional, I am an Associate Broker serving the Northeast Georgia Area since 2000. I have a passion for learning and sharing my knowledge with clients and fellow agents. New homes, land, residential, first-time home buyers, senior home buyers and investment properties are all areas I am well-versed in. Well rewarded for my work, I have earned many accolades, both from a brokerage and local real estate association for production as well as customer service. Professional designations include ABR, CRS, GRI, CNE. Additionally, I serve my industry including Past President Georgia Mountain and Lakes Board of Realtors. I am a strong supporter of RPAC, and work to protect private property rights. In 2018, my career took a different route when I became Team Leader of Keller Williams Lanier Partners. I still use my knowledge and expertise to help others only now agents are my clients. Now instead of running my personal real estate business, I am the CEO of a top Keller Williams franchise and oversee the success of the company by coaching and mentoring my agents. Free time you will find me traveling, spending time in the outdoors, live music, reading and riding on my motorcycle, Stella. My big why is to be right with God while pursuing happiness.
