I see real estate as a people business, first and foremost. It’s more than then money for me, its about helping people fulfill their real estate dreams! • I’m detail oriented! Whether it be noticing defects in properties to writing contracts I’m always looking at the details to ensure a smooth process for you.

•  I’m great with numbers! Full disclosure, I may need a calculator but I understand that sometimes it comes down to the numbers and my accounting background has given me the knowledge to help structure deals to work for you.

• I have an extremely strong work ethic! During tax season I used to work 80 hour weeks to meet deadlines. I’m here to work that hard for you and will do whatever it takes to help you achieve your real estate dreams.

• I’m a problem solver! I’m not saying there’s going to be problems but real estate is complicated and issues may arise. That’s why it’s important to have a knowledgeable agent to guide you. If there are bumps in the road staying calm and being creative will help keep the process on track.

• I’m not a salesman! I’ve never worked in sales and don’t plan to. As a real estate consultant I focus on fostering relationships and doing the right thing for my clients.
