Denise Murphy

Denise has been a Realtor since 2003 and has had her Broker’s License since 2012. She was chosen to be Managing Broker of the Hixson Keller William’s office and served in that role from 2012 -2015, where she oversaw 38 Realtors. By assisting these Realtors during difficult situations as well as checking every sales contract that came though the office, it has helped her to be a better problem-solver, negotiator, and have an even greater understanding of contracts.

Denise takes a very hands-on approach to real estate and maintains good communication with her clients. She has a great support team behind her that have systematized systems in place to make the transaction as seamless as possible. She has built her business on personal relationships, repeat business and referrals from friends, colleagues, past clients and other Realtors. Maintaining the highest integrity and being valued as a trusted resource has always been a top priority. These things, as well as being a strong negotiator have enabled her to consistently rank in the top five percent of other Realtors in the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas, and within the top two percent of individual Realtors in the area.
