He accepted an offer to sell a vacant lot in a less desirable part of Bel Air, Beverly Glen. Given the state of the market, any business was good business. He soon amassed dozens upon dozens of listings and then sales in an untapped market. Thus, La Land Man was born.

Following the crash, Shawn positioned LA Land Man as THE epicenter to list and sell vacant land. Using social media advertising and cutting edge technology and strategies, Shawn made land listings sexy. He brought his unique brand to a dry and impersonal area of real estate. Over the years, Shawn quickly developed his brand on the foundation of his extensive experience and marketing savvy.

His signs appear all over highly trafficked streets streets like Benedict Canyon, Coldwater Canyon, and Laurel Canyon Blvd – advertising to hundreds of potential buyers a day.
