Born in San Antonio, Texas but raised in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Kelsey is a second-generation realtor who prides herself on her personal touch and exceptional care for her clients. With over 5 years of real estate experience, Kelsey feels strongly about educating her clients with market information, so they are well-equipped for making their real estate plans whether it is a personal residence, investment property, or leasing.

As a nurse of 10 years, Kelsey developed her attention to detail that many clients are looking for in real estate transactions. Kelsey thrives on providing excellent customer service for her clients, being available to answer questions in a timely fashion, and creating a reasonable yet aggressive action plan with her clients.

Kelsey has firsthand experience with short and long-term rentals. Kelsey converted her first home in an Austin suburb to a short-term rental. Kelsey is well versed in the requirements and profitability of long and short-term rentals, which has led to several out-of-state clients who buy and then lease homes. Kelsey finished 2023 with $8 million in sales and 16 families served.

In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her two boys! The family spends much of the summer at the lake, staying cool, and exploring all that the Hill Country has to offer, including the beautiful sunsets.
