Megan King Brink

An Atlanta native, Megan was raised in the real estate environment as the daughter and niece of award-winning Atlanta homebuilders Kenny and Mark King of The Hearthstone Group. Since joining the industry in 2016, Megan has annually been named a "Top Producer" in both volume and units sold by the Atlanta Realtors Association. She has helped over 140 individuals and families sucessfully buy and sell across the metro Atlanta area and enjoys consulting owners about home maintenance and the value in their investments. In 2019, Megan enjoyed filming an HGTV House Hunters episode, "Antebellums Around Atlanta."


Prior to real estate, Megan spent 10+ years across the government, corporate, and nonprofit industries in and around Washington, DC, where she worked in value-propositions, consulting, account and project management, data and sales, and marketing and communications. These skills and experiences have made a huge impact on Megan's approach to real estate - and her results - as she excels in seller and buyer consultations, listing strategy, negotiations, and management of the transaction from contract to close.


Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time at home in Decatur; spending time with her husband and son, family, and friends; occasionally going on adventures; and "parenting" her red-tick coonhound/labrador mix "Homer" and Maine coon cat, "Oscar."
