The fountain and water fall to the pond below have become overgrown but can be returned to the formal gardens they once were. Batchelder tile work at both fireplaces; stained glass windows, a spiral staircase from an old vaudeville home, Spanish tile and pegged wood floors, original hardware and fixtures, an aviary, ornamental wood treatments and an abundance of decorative wrought iron all contribute to the character of this once grand home. Situated north of the boulevard in one of the most desirable areas of Los Feliz with dramatic views of downtown from the enclosed veranda on the second floor. Two wood decks for entertaining (or perhaps a pool ?).
