Thomas Ruiz

Thomas Ruiz was born and raised in Union City, NJ and moved to Lyndhurst, NJ where he graduated top 20 in his class. Thomas comes from a background of 16 years in teaching industry and brings the with him a Masters in Mathematics, Team Leading skills, and the ability to problem solve. These skills give Thomas the upper hand in negotiating a fair contract for his clients.
Thomas Ruiz attended Saint Peter's University and earned a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. Thomas also attended New Jersey City University where he earned a Masters in Mathematics as well as a Supervisory certificate. Thomas's skills in area of Mathematics give him a unique insight into how to bargain a perfect deal, protect his client's best interests, and lend insight into mortgage related questions.
Thomas Ruiz entered the Real Estate world in order to provide better for his family, meet new people, and help people accomplish homeownership. Thomas hasn’t looked back.
Thomas Ruiz is married and lives in Secaucus, NJ with his wife, two sons, daughter, and their dog Dexter. He spends his free time enjoying his family and watching his boys play sports.
