Robert Sivori

My name is Robert Sivori, and I’m your lifetime real estate expert! I was raised in Paterson, NJ, right in the South Paterson area of the city. I went to Don Bosco Tech High School and graduated in 1994. After that, I went to Seton Hall University and graduated with a History degree. After graduation, I became a Coordinator of Youth Ministry, at a Catholic Church, in Central Jersey. Then, in 2001, I became a full-time teacher in New Brunswick. After 4 wonderful years, I chose the “independent contractor life,” and I became a licensed real estate agent. I’ve had my license since then. I’ve assisted so many friends and families with their real estate needs; and, my team and I continue to do so.

Over the past 20 years, in addition to being a sought-out buyer's and seller's agent, I have gained an extensive knowledge and have become the specialist with REO's, short sales and distressed properties; distressed properties include the following: estate sales; divorce; death in family; landlord-tenant issues, fire-damaged properties, etc. These kinds of sales naturally bring many obstacles; and, because of that, it's developed habits with me and my team to always look for solutions, even when it seems like a dead end. We've pushed through some tough (even "almost-impossible") issues; and, I'm very proud of our team's work ethic when it comes to solving problems, finalizing a deal, and customer satisfaction. Nothing satisfies me more in this business than to help my clients get to where they want to be, no matter how challenging the it may be.
