ALC Member at Market Center #1. Jonathan was born and raised in Houston, Texas prior to moving to Virginia where he spent his high school and early college years at VCU. With family still in his home state, along with all of his exes, his life-long dream of being a Longhorn at the University of Texas was accomplished and his roots were planted. He was the first in his family to obtain his bachelor's degree and had a series of sales jobs after school. Entrepreneurially driven, Jonathan left his role at Dell Computers in 2014 to start his own app development company that created multiple fitness platforms and even made the top 10 downloaded apps in the country for a short stint. His true calling however, had always been real estate. A few years of the start-up grind pushed him to pursue his passion for real estate, so in the fall of 2015 he took the leap and never looked back. Shortly after being the Rookie of the Year Runner-up, the Ratcliff Real Estate Team was born and has grown every year since. Next to family and relationships, owning a dream home is one of the biggest accomplishments to a person's life. He loves being a part of that process. With his tech savvy, determined, and strongly skilled teammates, Jonathan's clients can leave the hard work up to them. Building lifelong relationships is what truly fills up Jonathan's cup and is expected among his organization just the same.
