Desmond Milvenan

With a 20 year tenure in Austin real estate, Desmond has experienced many of the various market cycles our fair city has endured. Her involvement in the banking industry during boom and bust gives her an edge in navigating housing markets.

She was inducted into the Platinum Top 50 Realtors and is a member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate and the Board of Regents.

She further distinguished herself by earning a membership in Elite 25® (Elite 25® represents Austin real estate agents that are top 1% in in the high end real estate market).

Desmond was rated by the Austin Business Journal as one of the Top 25 Austin Realtors. An expert in her field, she has earned multiple designations including CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist - an honor bestowed upon only 4% of agents), and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and her newest is RSPS (Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist).

In addition to her passion for real estate she is involved with the American Heart Association Go Red for Women campaign in spreading the word about women's health. Desmond lives in the Westlake area. Although she specializes in marketing and selling luxury real estate, no job is too large or too small. Desmond devotes personal attention to each client and individual situation and consistently finds the best possible outcomes for her clients.
