Alisa Geddes

As a native Californian, Alisa grew up locally in the Escondido area in North County San Diego. With a wild ambition for traveling and sports, Alisa found herself in the perfect location to enjoy both. While her travels and experiences allowed her to visit areas like Utah and San Francisco, her heart always remained in her hometown of San Diego.

As her thirst for life grew, Alisa ventured into different fields of work, including the mortgage industry and real estate investing. After spending 6 years on the lending side, and being involved in her family’s investment properties, Alisa knew the next step would be fulfilling her dreams of becoming an agent herself.
In 2005, Alisa became a licensed realtor and put her vast knowledge of her neighborhood to use. Knowing the ins & outs of the town she grew up in, Alisa studied the market in all areas of the county, allowing her to provide the best, most current market data to all of her clients.

With the experience she gained over time, at multiple brokerages, Alisa joined Keller Williams in 2019. Her dedicated and meticulous work ethic allowed her to excel in many areas of the field, using her mortgage and investing experiences as tools for her growth as an agent.

Alisa is passionate about the goals of her clients and their real estate experiences. Her easy going approach, coupled with her knowledge of the field allows all of her transactions to be seamless from start to finish. While her goals began as a realtor building business, her highest commitment is to servicing her clients needs.
