At 27, she was recruited to be the Team Leader of Mo Anderson's Oklahoma City Keller Williams brokerage where she and her leadership team broke Oklahoma Region records by increasing agent count (+113 agents hired), increasing productivity ($15M GCI closed), and increasing profitability ($996K total profit) while she was in the role in 2014 and 2015. In 2016, she launched the Ben Kinney Companies' first out-of-state sales team location in Keller Williams Realty's Flagship office and built the largest expansion sales force start-up in the company's history. Adelina's continuing market domination and has expanded sales and acquisitions to San Antonio, San Marcos, Killeen, Waco, Dallas, Fort Worth, Midland, Odessa.
Adelina's married to an awesome (and hot) guy, John, who is her best friend, and they're raising two awesome kids, Andreea and Lucas. They love hanging out together - playing video and board games, doing puzzles, watching sports, traveling a ton, reading, and exploring Austin.
Professionally, she loves redefining what's possible, pushing limits, building businesses, recruiting talent, brainstorming creative strategy, completely dominating and kicking ass.
