Raised in Killeen, TX, Jay Jay understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in Austin, with its popular growth, culture and diversity. His passion for real estate sales can be traced back to his days in college which is when he acquired his real estate license. His first listing was his Calculus tutor’s investment property and he has been helping people with real estate ever since. Jay Jay graduated from UT Austin with a Bachelor of Arts in
Economics in 2005. He started The smartLIVING Team with his business partner, Thomas, in the Fall of 2014, and has recently started his own team, The Next LEVEL Property Group. Outside of the office, he is a husband and father to toddler, Valens, born in January 2019, with another little girl, Everly, born April 2021. They reside in Pflugerville, TX, a suburb in NE Austin.
