Birth of The Leeding Team:

In 2008, Jan Lee had a dream: to grow a real estate team focused on client service and satisfaction. Early on, Jan realized that partnership with Keller Williams Realty was needed to uphold her company standards and to exceed our clients' expectations.

Meanwhile, shortly after leaving the United States Army as a Veteran, Paul Lee served as a Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty overseeing some of the top performing offices. He has mentored, trained and coached top performing Real Estate agents in the office.

In 2017 Jan and Paul Lee met and became life long partners both in business and in their personal lives. Today, the Lee partnership continues to do the best and most up-to-date knowledge of negotiation, client service, market awareness, and innovative technology.

Together, Paul and Jan have experienced many market changes and cycles in Austin Metro, State and National real estate. This led to their abilities to quickly recognize trends and adapt strategies to maximize opportunities.
