Evan Duval has brought his East Coast energy and passion to West Coast real estate. Growing up, Evan was a deeply driven athlete with an emphasis on soccer. While attending his alma mater, Brandeis University, Evan’s love of the game mixed with a natural leadership mentality led to him being named captain of the men's soccer program. Evan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in American studies, the tenacity to tackle the world of business, and thus began a career in the financial services industry.


Upon relocating to the West Coast, Evan started working with a team dedicated to teaching businesses negotiating tactics and strategies. With that gained knowledge, Evan decided to take the leap and pivot into a career that he felt matched with his passions. His affinity for business, hospitality, tech, and travel inspired him to work in luxury real estate.

Says Evan: “I am proud that upon becoming a full-time agent, I’ve had over $3 million in rental closings, as well as a greater in-depth knowledge of how to work with clients and create experiences for them on the front lines of their real estate transactions.”

When not engaging with clients, Evan enjoys supporting local establishments and experiencing the great culture, food, and shopping Los Angeles has to offer. He is the creator of Runyon Football Club, which organizes weekly soccer pick-up to bring soccer enthusiasts from all around Los Angeles together.

Evan currently resides in Hollywood with his girlfriend Kaitlin and their Maltese, Lucy.
