David Ingerson joined the Takao Home Team in early 2021 after relocating from his hometown in Missouri. Originally joined the team as an Administrative Coordinator, he is now licensed REALTOR® and is excited to help you find your new home! With a specialty in customer service relations, David is always finding new ways to hone his communication and relationship skills. David assists the Takao Home Team by preparing and organizing listing documents for sellers, buyers, and rentals. He also coordinates signs and lockboxes usages for the team, as well as handling the application process for the Takao Home Teams clientele.


David discovered his passion for real estate after working as a door-to-door salesman selling pest control. With most of his sales coming from those who needed help, David discovered that his true passion was helping those in need.

In his free time David enjoys exploring the city of Austin with his girlfriend Jasmin, where they love to try new food, hike and explore new trails, and paddleboard with their golden retriever Evee.
