Christie Phillips

Christie is a full time REALTOR serving the East Metro Atlanta Area since 1997. Over her career, and the changing market, she has worked with New Construction, First Time Home Buyers, Relocation, Luxury Homes, Foreclosed Properties, Short Sales, as well as Commercial Properties. She works with both buyers and sellers and strives very hard to meet all of their Real Estate Needs. Christie is very active on her Local East Metro Board of REALTORS and is currently serving as the 2025 Advisor to the Board of Directors. She previously held 2020 President Position and has also served as Local Director for the Georgia Association of REALTORS. She is also a member of the Lake Country Board of REALTORS, Athens Area Association of REALTORS, and Milledgeville Board of REALTORS allowing her access to serve clients in all of those areas. Christie is constantly educating herself on the changes in the Real Estate Industry to be able to best serve all of her Real Estate Clients. Christie is a TrustDALE® Certified REALTOR as designated by nationally-recognized consumer investigator Dale Cardwell. She is a two-time recipient of the Keller Williams Red Soul award for her outstanding contributions to her community. She serves on the Keller Williams Premier Associate Leadership Council which assists in the leading of her Keller Williams office and associates day to day. She is an active member of the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce serving as Community Development Chair on the Executive Board. Christie is an active member of the Rotary Club of Covington and sits on the Advisory Board at Pechtree Academy Schools. Christie is the mother of 2 daughters. her oldest is a newly wed and graduate of Georgia College and State University with a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. Her youngest holds an Associate Degree in Pre-Nursing from Georgia Military College and is pursusing her Bachelor degree in Nursing at Piedmont University in Athens, GA. In her spare time Christie enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, 3 fur children, and friends and cheering her beloved Alma Mater University of Georgia Bulldogs to victory.
