I love this townhome, it's incredibly special. Let's start with the curb appeal which is stunning, and the front porch, another unique feature that showcases 2018 Attell's charm. Every time I open the front door, my reaction is "WOW!" The finishes are superior. Main level boasts gleaming hardwoods and 10-foot ceilings throughout. OPEN CONCEPT featuring 4-5 distinct sitting areas, which makes it ideal for hosting parties. Kitchen showcases custom floor to ceiling cabinetry, luxury level quartz countertops including a massive 4x10ft island. Be sure to check out the white masonry fireplace, complete with switch-controlled gas logs which does a fabulous job heating both the main and upper levels. The internet / cable connection is built in and hardwired for the TV to go over the fireplace, as well as the sitting nook by the kitchen.
