Central Texas native Jennifer June Kearns has represented both the Developer, Buyers and Sellers on both sides of the condominium transaction. After receiving her BA from Texas A&M University, she began her real estate career representing developers for The Residences and Tower Residences At The Ritz-Carton, Dallas, and as the on-site Sales Executive for The House, a high rise condominium designed by world renowned design duo, Philippe Starck + YOO. Upon returning to Austin, Jennifer expanded her expertise by becoming a Certified Condominium Specialist and is passionate to help her clients navigate the world of condos and the turn-key lifestyle that it offers. Jennifer has worked locally with various Developers in Austin on projects such as 70 Rainey and The Guild Lofts, ever expanding her expertise in the local market. Jennifer is an entrepreneur and inventor and showcased her talent as a fashion designer on the TLC competition reality show Homemade Millionaire with producer and host, Kelly Ripa, and judges Mark Badgley and James Mischka of Badgley Mischka. As the show’s winner, she then went on HSN to sell out her winning product to a live audience of over 90-million viewers. Upon moving to back to Austin, Jennifer was immediately recognized in the local fashion world as an up-and-comer and was awarded The Rising Star award at the Austin Fashion Awards 2013. Her passion, instinct for design and knowledge of real estate are a killer combo and her clients find them to be a winning asset. Harnessing Jennifer's work ethic and expertise, Jennifer's clients have found value in an estimated $300M of sales spanning a 15-year career. Jennifer looks to the future as she expects to complete her GRI and Broker's license in Q1 of 2021.
