She has over 25 years of real estate experience, specializing in multifamily sales and acquisitions, and large scale management. Robyn is an integral part of the KWC Multifamily Division throughout Southern California and the Inland Empire. Robyn Wonnell began her career in Multifamily Commercial Properties in 1984 in Houston, Texas. She has managed, helped acquire and sell more than 10,000 apartment units over an 18 year period for private equity firms, as well as national REITS and GSE's. She has worked for, and earned numerous awards for Top NOI rankings with public and private firms such as AIMCO, Davlyn, Pacific Gulf Properties and Michael Stevens Interests. Prior to joining KW Commercial, Robyn owned and operated her own brokerage firm in the Los Angeles area. In addition to this experience, she handled probate work referred by multiple attorneys, private individuals, and senior housing projects throughout Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside Counties. Robyn studied at the University of California at San Diego before completing Business Law classes at the University of Houston. She has completed numerous real estate and property management courses and trainings throughout her lengthy career.
