After a successful career in real estate development, Joaquin transitioned into commercial sales in 2015. For over 15 years, Joaquin completed over $1.25 billion in projects across the United States. From Los Angeles and San Fransisco to Chicago, Washington DC, and New York City, Joaquin oversaw multifamily, hotel, office, and public sector projects. Personally, Joaquin privately manages a real estate fund that holds investments across the state, focusing on the Galveston, Houston, and Austin markets. In addition to having real estate sales licensure in California and Texas, Joaquin holds degrees in Mathematics and Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
