Oskar Payot

Oskar Payot specializes in real estate transactions in southern Florida, from Palm Beach County all the way down to Miami Dade. Oskar has lived in the Wellington area since Fall of 2000 when he moved from the country where he was raised, Venezuela. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management in 2006 from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Oskar spent over five years gaining experience in the field of banking and lending, and in 2007 he decided to join his father's architectural and landscape design firm. He began to grow his client base and could see the potential in the local housing market, so in 2012 he decided to pursue a career in real estate. More than eight (8) years later, Oskar has joined forces with the exclusive brokerage of Keller Williams Wellington. Oskar's nurturing and attentive personality has helped him carve out the best techniques to ensure he provides excellent service to his clients throughout the transaction. His number one priority upon meeting a client for the first time is to listen and understand their needs and wants, so that no time is wasted in finding them their dream property or getting their house sold. When Oskar is not enjoying quality time with his loved ones, he enjoys a very active lifestyle including working out and traveling. Oskar is bilingual, fluent in both English & Spanish.
