I am an experienced multi-family investment
specialist with knowledge and licenses in insurance industry and property management. I
began my career in 2007 with LAR Reality where I gained experience as a producing agent
and property manager. I began working as
an insurance agent in 2004. This background
enables me to provide risk reduction and cost
effective guidance and suggestions to my real
estate clients.
In addition being a skilled in the selling and
acquisition of properties, I am familiar with the
local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, and city ordinances. I also utilize the
latest real estate programs and technology to
locate and advertise properties. My knowledge
combined with utilization of the latest technology assists me in finding you the right property and/or buyer for yours!

After college I was given the opportunity
to manage properties in rent control in Los
Angeles. Specializing in Multi-Family Property
Management, I quickly decided I wanted to
learn all the bells and whistles to negotiating,
creative financing, and real estate investments.
In 2008, I obtained my license as a Real Estate
Broker. In 2010, I launched my own Real Estate
Brokerage in Eagle Rock, CA. In 2013 I decided I
wanted to join a larger office, to expand and
network, so I joined KW in Pasadena. In 2016
