Brian is a graduate of the University of California, Davis, a licensed California Real Estate Broker, and carries on the long family tradition (over 5 decades) of helping buyers, sellers, investors and agents accomplish their real estate and life goals. His professional experience as a business owner and sales professional provides Brian the ability to see the bigger picture, especially when it comes to developing long lasting relationships, attracting top talent into his ecosystem, and helping others build generational wealth.

Presently, Brian has established an expansive network of businesses within his local real estate market. In the last 16 years, Brian has built one of the elite real estate sales teams, consistently ranking as one of the top 3 teams by transaction count in San Diego for Keller Williams Realty, selling over 1,300 homes! His track record has landed him exclusive opportunities within the Keller Williams Realty platform and Real Estate industry at large, including multi-year panelist and presenter at KW national conventions, California Association of Realtors (CAR), and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).

In addition to running the top sales teams in the country, Brian is a MAPS Mastery Business Coach, entrepreneur, and investor. Brian’s commitment to his clients and associates earned him a nomination for the “Broker of the Year” award issued by the San Diego Association of Realtors and multiyear circle of excellence platinum award winner. He has also been featured in Top Agent Magazine, is a multiple year winner of the 5-STAR award as published in Forbes Magazine and named 8 years in a row as America’s Best Real Estate Agents by REAL TRENDS as published in the Wall Street Journal. Brian has actively participated in a leadership role with Entrepreneurs Organization, Business Network International, STAR Network and other close contact business organizations.

In his spare time, Brian dedicates his time to his wife and two children, coaches soccer, loves to cook and focuses his efforts to giving back to the community through his 501c(3) non-profit, Cane Cares, which strives to provide hardship grants and continued education scholarships to help fight homelessness in San Diego.
