Tom Mikalouskas entered the Real Estate world in order to help people accomplish homeownership and provide a good experience along the way, as this is one of the larger purchases in one's life and can be extremely stressful. The ability to be his own boss and provide better for his family & meet new people daily keeps Tom excited to excel year after year, having achieved the NJ Circle of Excellence award for 15 straight years, and hasn’t looked back.

Tom Mikalouskas lives in River Vale, NJ with his wife, Tammy and their two young girls. He spends his free time watching his girls grow, as well as coaching soccer, exercising and heading to the beach.
