Raymond Ferreri

I’ve been a resident of Dutchess County for many many years…………….. Having graduated from the original Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie, Syracuse University and four additional years in US Navy nuclear power program led me to RPI and then followed by a long and prosperous career with IBM. Needless to say these experience along with the blessings a loving a family set me up once again for this new adventure. I’ve succeeded by studying hard, learning in various ways and working alongside excellent people. As a result of this, I think I have a lot to offer you, practically and skillfully as a real estate agent.

I've been in this second career virtually full time since 2013. I've gained experience in both listing and selling real property specifically single family homes and land. I've completed all required NY state classroom study required for licensing of appraisers and have brought that knowledge to use in valuing sales and purchases. With a prior engineering background and practical building trade skills, I believe I offer buyers and sellers a unique ally relationship towards achieving their goals.
