Melanie is one of the top agents in her Newton/Chestnut Hill Market Center with over $300million in career sales in less than a decade. She prides herself on creating a positive and memorable experience for her clients and then maintaining that relationship long after the closing table, and in turn much of her business comes from referrals and repeat clients. As a life long resident of the Greater Boston area, her main focus is on Newton, Boston and its surrounding suburbs although she had sold homes all over the state. She always enjoys new experiences and challenges, but most often works with first time home buyers and sellers, relocation clients, out of state sellers, and investors. She is very involved within her office and local Realtor community, and has served as a Director on the Greater Boston Association of Realtors Board of Directors and Chaired the YPN. Lastly, Melanie is passionate about giving back and in support of her local charities, she hosts drives each year in conjunction with client events for both the Newton Food Pantry and Project Smile.
