Kaya Trail is a dedicated Realtor, Real Estate Broker, and the owner/operator of Atlanta Opulence Property Management. With a career that began in the tech industry, Kaya spent two decades in IT before transitioning to real estate in 2018. This shift allowed her to combine her analytical skills and passion for helping others, making her a valuable asset to her clients.

Since entering the real estate world, Kaya has focused on empowering individuals and families to achieve their dreams of homeownership. Her approach is characterized by a deep commitment to understanding her clients' needs and guiding them through the intricacies of the housing market.

Family is a cornerstone of Kaya’s life. She is married and has three stepchildren, and she treasures her relationships with her extended family, including her mother, siblings, nieces, and nephews. These connections bring joy and warmth to her life, enriching her personal experiences.

In her free time, Kaya enjoys traveling and has visited nearly 20 countries, reading, and exploring new cuisines. She also cherishes moments spent with family and friends, eating, laughing, enjoying music and dancing!
