I was born and bred into real estate as I grew up with my father always being a broker / owner. I have been selling real estate full time in the San Antonio Hill Country and surrounding area with Keller Williams, going on 11 years. Prior I was a broker in the Chicagoland area for 11 years with Remax Experts. Together I have been a full time agent going on 21 years. I take pride in providing my clients with personal service from start to finish. I feel my real estate background combined with my formal education, provides me with the tools to best empower my clients. I received my MSW from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio. I am a certified Paralegal from Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. My undergraduate degree is from University of Kansas with studies in psychology and human development. Combined with my top notch negotiation skills from years of experience in real estate, I also have a better understanding of contracts and law. Most importantly I have a humanistic approach and I am able to empower my clients to make the best decisions. Buying real estate is not only the largest asset for most people, it is also the most emotional purchase or sale. Buying real estate is buying a HOME. A place you plan to be happy and comfortable in for years to come. While selling your home can be a fun, but stressful experience, moving to the next phase of life, it can also be an unwelcome event for some. While I love working with first time buyers, move up clients, and relocation clients, I also have years of experience and compassion helping people needing to move due to situations like divorce, a sudden death in the family, situations of clients needing to move to a environment that they can easily maintain as their physical needs in life have changed. These situations can make a move extremely emotional and I have the ability to assist and help with these transitions every step of the way. While I am real estate business savvy, I have also worked as a social worker in several settings - I know how to listen to people. How to help people. How to empower people to make the best choices in life, and to assist them in taking those steps when needed, even if they might not emotionally be ready to make that move. I bond with my clients and I am blessed to have several customers for life, as well as I am honored with the opportunity to get to know their closest friends and family members by referral.
